Monthly Virtual Nutrition Coaching-utilizing skype and phone for weekly progress/food log review, focusing on accountability, continuation of nutrition education, addressing challenges or problem areas, answering any food, nutrition, supplementation, exercise or health questions that may arise, and helping you stay motivated, focused and inspired to reach your goals and maintain them.

(Includes 1 hour initial goal setting and custom plan set up, weekly phone/skype meetings)

 

Services offered at additional cost:

Individual, Family, and Group Cooking Classes:  Knowing what to prepare and how is the key to a successful eating lifestyle.  I will show you basics of clean cooking alongside preparing recipes that you will enjoy making at home, and most of all creating a fun environment that will allow you to enjoy the food you prepared while still focusing on your goals.

Grocery Shopping: Education on the different produce that stock the colorful isles of your grocery store along with showing you on what foods to put in your shopping cart and what to leave on the shelves. Stock your pantry with the right herbs and spices in order to create at home delicious recipes. Give me 1 hour and I’ll give you a wealth of knowledge to gain confidence in your healthy shopping skills.

Customized program plans: 30 min express, total body fat loss, shape your glutes and legs, bolder shoulders, HITT, fire up your core, mobility with yoga, pilates and barre core and seat work.
