Yana Is currently my nutrition and fitness trainer. I can’t say enough good things about her! She really showed me the benefits of taking control of what I put in my body and the types of full body workouts that will give me long lasting benefits. I have a much better relationship with food and see it for the nutrition that I am using from it.
Yana came to our first nutrition appointment prepared with a plan specifically mathematically calculated for my body.
My workouts were personalized up to the circuit, set number, and weight. She works with you to make a workout plan you can take outside of your sessions. She also recommended amazing fitness outside of our workout that fit into my schedule, I can’t believe I hadn’t tried them before.
If all that is not enough, she checks in with me to make sure my water intake is good for the day, how I feel like the week is going, and making me accountable to reach my goal. With consistency and persistence we are working together so I can be strong and healthy! Best trainer, really goes above and beyond.
