Easy Recipe 2 Ingredient Meal: No Cooking Required

Instead of it being Thirsty Thursday in which it can certainly be we are making it a Hungry Thursday.

When you are on the go and can’t seem to find a stove, opt for an easy 2 ingredient meal curtsey of Trader Joes.

Stock up on a few of  The ABC + K Slaw from Traders Joes and a $5 Whole Rotisserie Chicken to make a week worth of meals all under $6. If you have a large appetite this will be the most bank for your buck due to the high volume, low calorie veggies feast that will satisfy the hunger. To limit fat intake, take the skin off the chicken and portion out the rest for a week worth of meals.
