Fit and Fabulous 3 Ingredient Meal-No Cooking Required

You DON’T have to cook to eat healthy and stay on track with your goals. Say what!!!????

If you have a Trader Joes or just about any grocery store near you, it’s a wonderland of already prepared and cut up veggies.

 

  • Makes 2-3 servings depending on appetite and goals
  • All under $10 and under 300 calories.
  • Leave the excuses of why you can’t cook to someone who cares

 

Ingredients:

  1. Roast Beef and/or Ham
  2. Harvest Grain Salad from Trader Joes
  3. Zucchini Noodles

Instructions:

  1. Mix all and ENJOY!
